Kuala Lumpur (The Star/ANN) - The family of a toddler, who went missing for about 18 hours in Malaysia, believes there could be a supernatural factor behind her disappearance, Malaysian newspaper Harian Metro reports.
Abdul Wahid Nordin, 52, who is the girl's grandfather, said: "It is just not logical for a 22-month-old child to have been able to walk barefoot for almost 3km in the jungle."
He said the family of Nor Aishah Umairah Zamzanuri was relieved that she was safe after being found by two orang asli at a rubber estate near Slim River, Perak, on Wednesday morning.
Except for some scratches on her leg and mosquito bite marks on her body, the girl is in good health.
A 70-member search-and-rescue team had earlier failed to find her.

Southwest Pilot Holds Plane in a Bold Act Of Kindness
Today, I read an article about a pilot from Southwest Airline who holds a plane to wait for a grieving grandfather whose on his way to say his last farewell to his murdered grandson. I totally have the utmost respect for the guy for holding the flight which in a way can jeopardize his career and his airline company. In his act of courage, the grandfather manage to make it in time for the flight..Read onBy William Lee Adams of TIME Magazine
The most important trips aren’t about getting somewhere. They’re about getting to someone. (via Elliott.org)
But in an age of mounting airline fees, reduced in-flight services, uncomfortable security pat-downs and multi-day delays caused by erupting volcanoes, it’s easy to forget that.
Amid the cries of “I’ve already paid for my hotel!” and “You need to get me to Atlanta!” anger and inconvenience frequently blind us to the fact that travel is ultimately about people. We also forget that airline employees—bound by big company rules and regulations—get frustrated, too.

Gynea Visit 003 - My Child Is a Future F1 Driver
Dear 'Anakku',
Yesterday was one of those days where daddy and mummy's heartbeats will skyrocket to the roof. Why? It's because we get to see you and see how are you doing, we're so worried and anxious to know if you're OK, how much have you grown up, to see you in action. Guess what? It's either you want to be a F1 driver when you grow up or like what mummy said to daddy after the checkup "Daddy! I think you better start saving now for a CAR" LOL. Well I can assure you that at least you'll be getting (baby) bucket seat for now :-D . You we're in a position where you looked like you're driving a car and it was funny and touching at the same time. You we're moving around in your mummy's tummy but you didn't face us (shy eh?) :-P . You've grown twice bigger than we last saw you, now at 6.++ cm we almost can tell whether you're a boy or a girl. Be it you're a boy or a girl, we will flourish you will all our love and tenderness, we will gave you proper education, teach you on religion, and hopefully you'll turn into a fine person one day. So, Daddy will see you in a month's time, and at the same time, grow up fast and healthy and don't give you mummy a hard time OK? :-)
Love,
Daddy

One-third of 9-month-olds already obese or overweight
Almost one-third of 9-month-olds are obese or overweight, as are 34 percent of 2-year-olds, according to the research, which looked at a nationally representative sample of children born in 2001. The study is one of the first to measure weight in the same group of very young children over time, said lead researcher Brian Moss, a sociologist at Wayne State University in Detroit. The results showed that starting out heavy puts kids on a trajectory to stay that way.
