<div style="text-align: justify;">
I almost completely forgotten about this blog..I haven't been active blogging for quite some times and I felt like getting active again..So for a start, here's a picture of my son, now almost 1-1/2 years old :-) </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<i><b>Zaher Imran</b>: Enjoying his Vitagen while I drove him around trying to get him to sleep so that I can also sleep LOL</i></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
This is a picture of me trying to get him to sleep haha..It's the only trick I know that works. I can't and nobody can make him sleep (afternoon nap especially) at home. So what I or normally his grandfather did was strap him to the passenger seat and take him for a stroll a few minutes with the A/C pointed directly at him. Normally if he hasn't been sleeping since he wakes up in the morning this will work flawlessly and within a few minutes he'll fall asleep LOL. For father's out there, you guys can give it a try and let me know the results or even better if you have any other methods that works for you..share it in the comments section below :-)</div>

Pheeewww...it's been a while since my last post here..almost 2 months..The fact is I've time upon time "tried" to update this blog and the only time I have everyday is at work and a couple of weeks before this new blogger interface..I was having problem using it at work and at home..It just doesn't work properly and out of frustration I just left this post there and only today I found time to do it. This new interface seems to be working fine. OK..back to the main topic..my dearest "mucuk" Zaher Imran who's today is 59 days old...(Yeah2..I know I haven't been updating in a while)..I'm just going to post a couple of his first week pictures and some descriptions and maybe in the next post I'll talk more about him..I'm too lazy and tired today (Newly Dad syndrome is still in effect hehehe)..so enjoy the pics :-)<br />

Doctor gave us another 7 days and if there's still no sign then I need to take her to the hospital on the 14th (This Thursday!) to avoid any complications to you and your mom. Your mom just called and she was on her way to the clinic with Tok Nan to get some medical treatment for the rashes and itchiness that's now bothering her..As for me, I'm recovering from flu and cough and hopefully by that time I can hold you in my arm without having to worry that I might infect you with my flu..Everybody's ready to see you my dear son.. :-)Jephttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08408858716258216927noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-872068239564689838.post-30021130434856573042011-06-15T13:19:00.001+08:002011-06-15T13:38:10.185+08:00Kuih Raya Online & Baby<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on"><div><script type="text/javascript">

</script></div>About 22 days to go and I'm so excited to hold you in my arms my dear son. Mummy are getting anxious and scared at the same time but daddy will always be by her side and telling her that everything's going to be O.K and the thoughts of holding you in our arms made her calm. Her back pain and gastric has gotten worse but not too serious Alhamdulillah and last Monday's checkup gone well and we're just counting days. To get my mind off this a little bit, Daddy now started a small business with your Uncle Alan selling <a href="http://www.kuihrayaonline.net/"><b>Kuih Raya</b></a> for this upcoming Hari Raya. So for those reading this post and interested in buying some Hari Raya cookies (although it's still early hehe) you can swing by to my website at <a href="http://www.kuihrayaonline.net%20/">www.kuihrayaonline.net </a>and reserve your cookies :-)<br />

So, everything's ready hopefully we didn't left anything out. This saturday, mummy and daddy will go to the hospital just to have an idea on where exactly to go when the time comes. Everybody is looking forward to see you... :-)</div>Jephttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08408858716258216927noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-872068239564689838.post-83826420155716156322011-05-18T17:35:00.000+08:002011-05-18T17:35:42.860+08:0050 days to go!<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on"><div><script type="text/javascript">

</script></div>50 days to go...Daddy and Mummy can't wait to see you..preparation is almost at 95% done...last weekend daddy and mummy went and bought you a cot, bather and also a couple of other things..We're now preparing mommy's emergency travel bag..This weekend we'll be bringing back your cot to your 'atuk' and 'nenek' (haven't figured out what Atuk and Nenek wants to be called..let's stick to 'atuk' and 'nenek' for now shall we :-D ) place and Atuk will give your cot a finishing touch by painting it white like your mom's favorite color. Last Monday's checkup was great and your mom's doing very well except that her gastric problem has come back which is normal for her stage now. Your in a good position and actively kicking and tickling mommy every now and then..mummy can't stand it at times as it makes her want to go to the toilet every time you did that LOL..<br />
<br />
So..50 days to go..mommy and daddy will start preparing mentally as well..hopefully the whole process will go on smoothly and safely..InsyaAllah..Can't wait to see you my boy.. :-* <br />

</script></div>It's getting closer and closer (Less than 100 days to go!) and Daddy and Mummy can't wait to see you..I'ts been a while since the last gynea visit and in between that actually mummy has gone to 3 different checkups. This time we decided not to go to Gombak Medical Centre anymore as we find it quite expensive, instead we went to mummy's other gynea panel near our new house which is cheaper and friendlier. At the same time mummy has started to go to local government clinic with her best friend Aunty Amy who's also about 1 month behind mummy. So there you go, she's going to be your new friend :-) So far, Alhamdulillah, mummy went through all the checkup and she's doing quite well and you too! Preparation is going well and we have bought a lot of stuff for you..<br />

It's really cool BPA Free bottle, not too heavy except for the tiny little problem of measuring the water level (There's an level indicator *inside* the bottle and also the lid doubles as a built in 2oz/60mL measuring cup). Next up, daddy's going to order a couple more stuffs for you and Aunt Farah will bring it back for us when she comes back from US in a month's time. This week mummy and daddy plan to look around for your crib, guess what color it would be? Yes, White..like everything else in our room..your mummy really loves white color.<br />
<br />
Last weekend, mummy and daddy was given a sad news by a good friend of daddy, Uncle Sabre. They lost their baby due to miscarriage and the sad part is that it's their first baby girl which is due just next month. We went to PPUM and visit them with Uncle Megat and Aunt Mar. After that we went to A&W for dinner together as it's been a while since we last met Aunt Mar and Megat Amsyar (your soon to be friend :-) ).<br />

I need to keep my self fit so that I can have my daily 'battle' with you soon! :-D and when you grow up I'll buy you a bike and we can ride together ya!<br />

</script></div>Daddy's Back!! I'm sorry for the late post..Daddy was a little bit busy after the trip to Indonesia with mummy, Tok Nan, Tok Ma, and your two uncle. Hmmm...where do I start...aaa...ok..let's start with Monday 2 weeks ago when we went for an earlier checkup due to the upcoming trip later that week. We're both very happy to get to see you again, and it's all worth it when we saw you there moving around happilly and the best part is...I swear that I saw you "waving" at us that day, you're so cute! :-D Doctor confirms again that you're a BOY and that makes mummy happy for the reason that she'll now have a piece of mind on what to buy for you in Bandung hehe..<br />
<br />
Jogjakarta->Bandung->Jakarta was a tiring but exciting experience because it's the first time we got to travel in a train to Bandung from Jogja and also shopping for your baby stuffs. We bought a lot of cute things for you and even at the time I am writing this..we're discussing on getting you a <b><a href="http://www.strollersforbabies.net/">stroller for babies</a></b> from UK, Auntie Puya will bring it back for you. Luckily we didn't "borong" the whole Bandung for you LOL. Mummy was very strong along the journey and I hope that you will too grow stronger and healthier.<br />
<br />
The last couple of days was one of the happiest days in our parenting calendar as mummy started to feel you moving around in her and kicking her. It was Wednesday midnight (09/03/2011) when we both just about to sleep when you first kick. Now, every single time mummy said that you kicked..Daddy will quickly put Daddy's hand on mummy's belly in hope to catch your movements..but sadly I can't feel it yet..probably you're still too small and the movements could only be felt by mummy. It's alright, Daddy will wait for that day to come :-)</div>Jephttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08408858716258216927noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-872068239564689838.post-18058970088467723092011-02-15T10:32:00.002+08:002011-02-17T23:20:07.634+08:00Celebrity New Dad of 2010 - First Child<div><script type="text/javascript">

It's a boy! One day you'll understands how daddy and mummy's feelings whenever we got to see you on that black and white screen ( and sometimes yellowish screen they called '4D'). I know it's a bit late for this post to come up as daddy was a bit busy last week. Last Monday mummy perform her latest and first checkup at the local community clinic (just in case that we decided to bring you into this world at our local government hospital) and it went fine. A few days later on Wednesday we went to the regular Gombak Medical Centre to check on you and see you and hoping that we can see whether your a boy or a girl hehe. This is important as Mummy's really excited for the upcoming trip to Yogjakarta-Bandung-Jakarta trip next month..Yeah! we're taking you for a holiday/shopping trip next month with Tok Ma, Tok Nan, and your two uncle! Mummy wants to buy you lots of beautiful clothes (and Daddy will pay for it of course) hence the reason to check for your gender. As soon as the screen turned on..there you are..moving around in mummy's tummy..you've grown up bigger and now daddy can see you clearly and I can't describe how I was feeling at that time..The doctor let us listen to your heartbeats and it was magnificent..and finally the doctor let us know the greatest news of all..you're a boy! That brings daddy back to the night before where I talked to you and 'pujuk' you to 'reveal' it to us tomorrow hehe and you did show it to us. Last visit to the gynea you hid it from us..mummy said "He's probably too shy to show it to us :-) "</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">You're getting heavier i guess..mummy starts having back pain and every night daddy would massage her back and also make her a warm milk to give you all the nutrients that you need. Good thing that she's not having the gastric and constant vomiting anymore, it's now I guess just the getting used to the extra weight hence the back pain. So, I guess daddy will be seeing you again next month hopefully and at the mean time, don't be naughty inside there, grow up healthy, and daddy and mummy loves you!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_FabpYqYvdPg/TVQAqaVWDyI/AAAAAAAAAPI/8ix_A3bP7xI/s1600/IMG_1451.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><br />

In his act of courage, the grandfather manage to make it in time for the flight..Read on</i></blockquote>By William Lee Adams of TIME Magazine<p>The most important trips aren’t about getting somewhere. They’re about getting to someone. (via <a href="http://www.elliott.org/blog/southwest-airlines-pilot-holds-plane-for-murder-victims-family/">Elliott.org</a>)<br />
<br />
But in an age of mounting airline fees, reduced in-flight services, uncomfortable security pat-downs and multi-day delays caused by erupting volcanoes, it’s easy to forget that.<br />
<br />
Amid the cries of “I’ve already paid for my hotel!” and “You need to get me to Atlanta!” anger and inconvenience frequently blind us to the fact that travel is ultimately about people. We also forget that airline employees—bound by big company rules and regulations—get frustrated, too. <a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
Enter Nancy, whose travel triumph, tempered by a great deal of sadness, has turned an unnamed Southwest Airlines pilot into an online hero.<br />
<br />
Nancy reads a blog by Christopher Elliott, a consumer advocate and journalist, and wrote to him about her husband’s recent ordeal traveling on flights from Los Angeles to Tucson to Denver. Their situation makes complaints about leg room look downright petty.<br />
<br />
“Last night, my husband and I got the tragic news that our three-year-old grandson in Denver had been murdered by our daughter’s live-in boyfriend,” she wrote. “He is being taken off life support tonight at 9 o’clock and his parents have opted for organ donation, which will take place immediately. Over 25 people will receive his gift tonight and many lives will be saved.”<br />
<br />
So early in the morning, after what must have been a torturous night’s sleep, Nancy and her husband arranged for him to fly from Los Angeles, where he was traveling for work, to Tuscon, where he would step off one plane and immediately onto another one headed to Denver. “The ticketing agent was holding back tears throughout the call,” Nancy wrote. “I’m actually her step-mother and it’s much more important for my husband to be there than for me to be there.”<br />
<br />
Mourning the loss of his child’s child, and no doubt worrying about his grieving daughter, he was likely in no state to travel. Airport stress only compounded his despair. He arrived at LAX two hours before his scheduled flight time, but quickly realized that delays at baggage check and security would keep him from making the flight.<br />
<br />
According to Nancy, he struggled to hold back tears as he pleaded with TSA and Southwest Airlines staff to fast-track him through the lines that were moving like molasses. Even though missing his flight could mean missing a final chance to see his grandson, no one seemed to care.<br />
<br />
Too much was at stake to simply roll over and cry. When he finally cleared security—several minutes after his flight’s planned departure—he grabbed his computer bag, shoes and belt, and ran to his terminal wearing only his socks. The pilot and the gate agent were waiting for him.<br />
<br />
“Are you Mark? We held the plane for you and we’re so sorry about the loss of your grandson,” the pilot reportedly said. “They can’t go anywhere without me and I wasn’t going anywhere without you. Now relax. We’ll get you there. And again, I’m so sorry.”<br />
<br />
It’s hard to underestimate the courage of the pilot’s decision. The flight, which ultimately departed 12 minutes late, likely had hundreds of passengers rolling their eyes in contempt. And given that any delay has knock-on effects for passengers at the destination airport, his decision placed Southwest at risk of facing the wrath of travelers, and more than a few demands for compensation.<br />
<br />
Elliott, who brought the story to the blogosphere’s attention, approached Southwest about the story, half expecting the airline to be outraged by a pilot’s refusal to push the on-time departure.<br />
<br />
Instead, they told him they were “proud” of their pilot, a man who clearly understands that taking a child off life support has consequences that run deeper than a flight taking off late.<br />
<br />
As Nancy wrote: “My husband was able to take his first deep breath of the day.” Hopefully, over time, his daughter can do the same. <p><blockquote><i>I salute this pilot from Southwest Airline for his act of kindness and I have the impression that he probably have a son at home waiting for him and understands pretty well the feelings of the grieving grandfather very well. Hoped that this act of kindness became an example to us all and this spirit of kindness and understandings will never fade in all of us. <p>Jep</i></blockquote><!-- google_ad_section_end -->Jephttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08408858716258216927noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-872068239564689838.post-26870861210649403782011-01-17T17:09:00.002+08:002011-01-18T10:12:00.690+08:00Nausea During Pregnancy<div><script type="text/javascript">

<b>Nausea during pregnancy</b> is a very common symptoms for all pregnant mothers. According to some research, only half of pregnant women will get drunk pregnant (morning sickness), while some do not. Although this is called morning sickness you might as well have it in the afternoon or evening. I have a few modern and traditional tips to share for those having the nausea symptoms. For the traditional methods, it's been passed on from generations to generations by my ancestors. First off, let's take a look at the modern tips.<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
1. In the first weeks of pregnancy to the 10th week, a pregnant mother is in need for iron. Iron is essential to help pregnant women to relieve nausea, vomiting and allergic reactions. Take a pill substance of iron a day with vitamin C. Vitamin C helps the absorption of iron. Making plenty of dark green vegetables that are rich in nutrients iron.<br />
<br />
2. Take honey, a spoonful in the morning (and a spoonful at night - optional), take on an empty stomach. Make sure not to take any drink / food half an hour after drinking honey. Honey helps to increase hemoglobin in blood. Hemoglobin is a protein found in red blood cells which plays an important role in bringing oxygen to the body tissues. While iron is an essential component of hemoglobin. Low hemoglobin, less oxygen, can cause headache/dizziness.<br />
<br />
3. 100 plus (isotonic drink) drinking water, make sure to reduce the gas. Open the lid and leave overnight in the refrigerator. You can either drink it exceedingly, or freeze in freezer (in an ice cube tray). If you feel like vomiting / nausea, take a piece of the frozen 100 plus ice cube and treat it like ice cream. The cold sensation will make the mouth / throat a little numb, so the nausea will be reduced. 100 plus (or other isotonic drinks) is also good to replace fluids and mineral salts balance in the body lost due to vomiting.<br />
<br />
4. Nutmeg is also a remedy for relieving <b>nausea during pregnancy</b>, dizzy or other symptoms associated with fainting.<br />
<br />
5. Practice eating dates, approximately 7 pieces per day.<br />
<br />
6. Drink hot tea with a small slice of ginger. Ginger is pressed, before soaked in tea. <br />
<br />
7. Avoid taking oily and spicy foods.<br />
<br />
I have also a traditional south east Asian remedy for treating nausea. You can try it if you want.<br />
<br />
1. Take an inch of ginger, a lemon, 2-3 cloves of cinnamon, put in a glass of boiled water, put a piece of rock sugar, and finally enclose it. Take it every morning and before bed.<br />
<br />
2. Take a handful of curry leaves. Blend into juice. Mix the juice with lemon and sugar and a tea. Drink every morning.<br />
<br />
Hopefully all the tips given above is beneficial for those having <b>nausea during pregnancy</b>. Try it and let me know if if works for you.<!-- google_ad_section_end -->Jephttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08408858716258216927noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-872068239564689838.post-59433359661257408912011-01-13T15:24:00.000+08:002011-01-13T15:24:29.067+08:00Gynea Visit 003 - My Child Is a Future F1 Driver<div><script type='text/javascript'>

Why? It's because we get to see you and see how are you doing, we're so worried and anxious to know if you're OK, how much have you grown up, to see you in action. Guess what? It's either you want to be a F1 driver when you grow up or like what mummy said to daddy after the checkup "Daddy! I think you better start saving now for a CAR" LOL. Well I can assure you that at least you'll be getting (baby) bucket seat for now :-D . You we're in a position where you looked like you're driving a car and it was funny and touching at the same time. You we're moving around in your mummy's tummy but you didn't face us (shy eh?) :-P . You've grown twice bigger than we last saw you, now at 6.++ cm we almost can tell whether you're a boy or a girl. Be it you're a boy or a girl, we will flourish you will all our love and tenderness, we will gave you proper education, teach you on religion, and hopefully you'll turn into a fine person one day. So, Daddy will see you in a month's time, and at the same time, grow up fast and healthy and don't give you mummy a hard time OK? :-)<br />
<br />
Love,<br />

Officials said Callum's mother was at her home with family when she went into labour after flash floods Monday swept at least 12 people to their deaths near Brisbane.<br />
<br />
The woman was forced to deliver the baby late Tuesday with the assistance of relatives after an emergency helicopter was unable to reach because of the heavy rain.<br />
<br />
"She was in a semi-rural property and the roads around her had been isolated," a spokeswoman for Queensland's CareFlight helicopter told AFP.<br />
<br />
The woman and her newborn were eventually airlifted from their home at Bright View in the hard-hit Lockyer Valley west of Brisbane to hospital on Wednesday and both were reportedly in good health.<br />

Comments:<br />
Bad on UM: NURSE VERY RUDE,building very old(they will have new building but don't when ready), ward not clean, got mozzy, i feel room charge is expensive bcoz big hall share by many RM80/night (got money oso cannot have single or double room), as sharing big hall, other babies cry might impact your baby n your sleep, sanity pad they charges but they never told us b4 hand n expensive (luckily i don't like that pad so i used mine all time), not enough parking n very far from building.<br />
<br />
Good of UM: Dr very professional (this is why i chose there), delivered by dr (GH normally by nurse, i don't feel safe).<br />
<br />
Good / Bad depending on person: Room in concept, means, baby will be by mother side all times, regardless mother condition (unless complication or special case), mother has to take care the bb once exited from labour room. I like this idea as i wanted to bf my bb since day 1. However, i felt pity for those ladies that had c-sect bcoz they would suffer pain more by moving so much.<br />

</script></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><!-- google_ad_section_start --><blockquote><i>I stumbled upon this OLD article titled 'Sex During Pregnancy' when I was browsing around reading articles. It catches my attentions as I found it very common questions asked by expecting parents (Even I do asked my self this question :P ) For those interested to know..read on..</i></blockquote>CAN I have sex when I’m pregnant? This is a common question that I get from my patients, particularly couples who are having their first child.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Most of them wonder if it is safe to continue having sex, even up to the third trimester. There are also other couples who have real cause for concern if their pregnancy has some challenges, such as bleeding in early pregnancy or a history of miscarriage.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Usually, it is the husband who prompts his wife to bring up the subject, and she will shyly or sheepishly ask me about it. While I can understand their embarrassment, I find it ironic that sex should be considered such a taboo subject during pregnancy. After all, the miracle of pregnancy starts with the act of sex (medical interventions like IVF notwithstanding)!</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The apprehension towards sex in pregnancy may stem partly from the belief that pregnant women have to be treated like fragile flowers in bloom; not to be handled roughly or put through strenuous activities like work or?sex.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Is this true? Let’s take a look.</div><a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Some good lovin</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Sex is a normal and healthy activity for couples to express their intimacy and love for one another.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">However, your hormonal changes during pregnancy can affect how you feel about making love. During the first trimester, you may be too tired and nauseated from morning sickness. But you may find yourself experiencing sexual desire in the second trimester, especially as you discover how beautiful the pregnant body can be. Then, your desire may or may not fluctuate during the third trimester.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The important thing is to understand your body and share your feelings with your partner. Do not automatically assume that sex during pregnancy is wrong – it can actually be more enjoyable for you and your partner.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">This is because you will be experiencing more vaginal lubrication, and your genital area will be engorged, helping you enjoy orgasms and even multi-orgasms! You do not have to worry about using birth control, and if you have been trying to get pregnant for awhile, you can finally enjoy sex as a truly pleasurable activity instead of as a “duty”.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">I sometimes encourage couples to have sex, especially for pregnancies that are postdates. Most couples are pleasantly surprised to hear that sex may help to induce labour because seminal fluids contain prostaglandins (hormones) that can cause contractions of the uterus.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Is it safe?</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Of course, the question that troubles couples is whether sex will harm their unborn baby. The answer is that it will not. Sex is safe during pregnancy, except in rare cases where there are possible complications for the pregnancy. I will discuss that in the next section.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">These are some of the most common fears that couples have about sex.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Will sex hurt the baby?</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">No, your growing baby will not be harmed because he/she is well protected by the amniotic fluid and your uterus. So even pressure against your abdomen during vigorous sex will not affect your baby.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Will sex cause an early miscarriage?</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">No. Miscarriages in the first trimester are usually related to chromosomal abnormalities or other problems in the foetus, and these are not associated with what you do (or don’t do).</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Are orgasms dangerous?</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">No. They may cause uterine contractions, but they will not cause premature labour or delivery. However, you may feel an achiness or cramps after sex, which is caused by stimulation of the cervix. You may also find a few spots of blood because the cervix is well-supplied with blood in pregnancy.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The cramping or bleeding should go away if you rest in bed for a few hours. If the symptoms do not go away and become worse, call your gynaecologist.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Can I have oral sex?</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Yes, as long as you and your partner are comfortable with it. However, make sure your partner does not blow air into your vagina, because a burst of air may block a blood vessel, which is life-threatening for you and your baby.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>When sex is not OK</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">There are times when I will advise my patients to abstain from sex. One instance is if you have a history of premature birth or labour with previous pregnancies. During sex, the prostaglandins from your partner’s semen could cause contractions and risk premature labour again.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Another condition is called placenta previa, where your placenta partly or completely covers your cervical opening. Sex is not recommended because it could lead to bleeding and premature labour. An ultrasound during your usual prenatal checkups will reveal this condition.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Sex is also not advisable if you have unexplained vaginal bleeding, cervical incompetence (your cervix opens prematurely), if your water bag has broken, and if you are carrying two or more babies.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Finally, sex is a definite no-no if you or your partner have an active sexually transmitted disease. Even if you are not the one with the STD, you should not risk getting it from your partner because you may not be able to get safe treatment for it, as some antibiotics cannot be used during pregnancy.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The STD could cause an infection in your vagina or uterus and create a danger of premature labour or illness in your unborn baby. If your partner has cold sores from the herpes virus, you should avoid skin-to-skin contact because the herpes virus could spread to you and your baby. The HIV virus can also be passed from mother to baby.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Enjoy it!</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">When I talk to my patients about this topic, the husbands usually get more “excited” because I encourage them to be a bit more creative in bed! This is to help the couple find positions that are most comfortable for them. Some safe positions are next to, or on top of your partner. It is up to you and your partner to discuss what works.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">You may not feel like having sex because your body feels awkward and uncomfortable as you get bigger. But here’s a surprise – your partner may find you more desirable during pregnancy!</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">However, this doesn’t mean that you should submit to intercourse if you don’t feel like it. Explain your feelings to your partner and discuss what he can do to help you experience sexuality and intimacy. Hugging, cuddling, having massages, having relaxing baths together or even just touching each other are just as important as the act of intercourse.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Communication and creativity are the two key words to having a fulfilling sex life during pregnancy.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">And remember to talk with your doctor about this as well. My patients are very open to discussing sex with me because I make them feel comfortable. So be comfortable with your doctor and don’t be afraid to ask the question “Can we?”<!-- google_ad_section_end --></div><br />

<b>How to increase your sperm count?</b>. It is not something new that by having a larger number of sperm could give you a better chance of conceiving. Rather than blaming the women on infertility, a men should also take part in making sure they are also fertile and having the best quantity of sperms. Now, how do we increase the amount of sperm count in a man's body? The secrets of making millions ;-) are as follow: <br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Proper Diet and Regular Exercise</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I bet you have heard of this countless time before but let me reiterate it again, eating diet is definitely known to affect sperm production. Try to eat foods with good amount of zinc, Calcium, vitamin D, Antioxidants, and various types of grains are good for health. Although exercise can not directly increase the production of sperm and semen, but regular exercise can help you to be healthier and fitter. Weight gain can reduce your testosterone level and causes imbalance of hormone in your body. So reduce your weight by exercising regularly.<br />

</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Avoid Wearing Pants and Underwear Too Tight</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This is the reason why the testicle is located depends on the body. Testicle require cooler temperatures than other body parts. Therefore, wearing underwear or pants that are too tight will cause the temperature around it to heat and affect sperm production and sperm count. Try wearing boxers instead of the spandex type of underwear.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Reduce Intercourse and Masturbation</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Men often complain that semen or sperm that came out were few and thin and how to increase sperm count. Keep in mind, the more ejaculation, the sperm will decrease the viscosity. If you have intercourse every day or frequent masturbation it will not help to increase your sperm count, it will affect the number of sperm and semen viscosity because it will take about 48-72 hours to reproduce the sperms.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<blockquote>
<i>"Before purchasing Fertility Blend for men my husband's sperm count was 13 million with only 12% motility.... in a month of taking 2 pills, twice a day his count has gone up to 57 million with 87% motility! Excellent News! We are beyond hopeful that this will do the trick!" - <b>Elizabeth Shakan</b></i></blockquote>
<blockquote>
<i>"My husband and I were given < 1% chance of conceiving naturally after he was diagnosed with cancer in his early 20s. We were told that IVF with ICSI was our only option. After hearing this, we took a break from our RE to discuss the options in private. I purchased this product for my husband to take in the mean time. 6 months later, we returned to the RE for another analysis. His SA showed an improved count from ~2 million to ~15 million! We conceived naturally shortly there after! When we try for #2, we will definitely be back for more." - <b>Mommy to be</b></i></blockquote>
<blockquote>
<i>"It's my obligation to say Thank You to this product and give them a positive review! I have near normal sperm count but the doctor says he is worried about my sperm morphology(I forgot the nos.). I tried this product, around September, before we start IUI/IVF. Our start of IUI was this month(Jan. 2011), we already have the medicines we need for the IUI. But guess what, we don't need the IUI anymore. MY WIFE IS PREGNANT, 6 weeks! :)"</i> </blockquote>
